Be careful not to get one of these rooms if you're bothered by noise or like to go to bed early. This was very convenient to watch the ice show, but it was also very noisy at night and in the morning. You could feel the springs through the mattress. The bathroom door also didn't close all the way because of this. The vent did not work and it became like a steam room after someone took a shower. The bathroom was tiny with no room to get dressed or get ready to go out. The facility is showing its age and could use some major updating. It's in a perfect location and has very easy beach access, which is a big plus. This hotel is very large and was very crowded.

I paid $1600 for a week at a condo with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 3 balconies and then because we booked so last minute everything was taken we got stuck paying $1000 for 3 nights of no sleep and a injured child that couldnt go to the beach we left after 2 nights and drove home 7 hours just unreal seriously!. I only wish I had taken more pictures because it's an absolute dump for a high price tag. We left vacation early my daughter injured and Katrina the 'manager' offered me $170 out of $1000 then upped it to $390 still not at all acceptable for what we put up with and we still ended up paying more then $300 a night for the 2 nights we were there for a garbage room, mold burned outlets, nails sticking out, springs sticking out if the mattresses. I wish I had went with a beach block condo over this thoigh.

You can get a gorgeous condo on the beach for that price in OC we booked last minute and this was the only option we found on th Beach that would sleep my family of 5.
